Data minimisation
Sferivo is designed to collect only the information needed to provide an account, spatial search, communication, verification, advertising and safety functions.
Location
A home location is approximate by default. Exact coordinates are intended only for verified public business premises or when a person explicitly chooses to share them.
Nearby place lookup
If you choose Use my location in Nearby, your device requests location permission. Sferivo sends the coordinates you approve to OpenStreetMap Nominatim to identify the city, and sends typed place searches to the same service. Do not use this option if you do not want your coordinates sent to that provider.
Identity verification
Identity documents and biometric checks will be handled by a specialised verification provider. Sferivo should store the result and provider reference, not copies of identity documents.
Rights
Users will be able to request access, correction, export, restriction and deletion of their personal data. Retention required for fraud, disputes, tax or legal obligations may continue for the applicable period.
Project owner
Sferivo is an early-access project created and owned by Valentyn Valiarenko. The controller registration number, business address and privacy contact will be inserted before commercial processing or paid services begin.
