Identity checks
A completed identity check is a consumed third-party service. Refund eligibility will distinguish technical failure from a completed check that does not pass.
Advertising
Unspent advertising balance may be refundable. Amounts already spent on valid delivery are not automatically refundable.
Subscriptions
No consumer subscription will be activated at initial launch. Any future recurring plan must show price, renewal, cancellation and statutory rights before payment.
Provider
Payments will use a certified hosted provider; Sferivo will not store complete card numbers.
